Planning Board approves Costco ADA improvements and subdivision waiver

Avon Planning Board grants approvals for Costco parking work and property division. Chair Chuck Comeau and the board unanimously approved a site plan modification for ADA-compliance parking upgrades at the Costco facility at 120 Stockwell Drive, requiring regular catch basin maintenance reports, fire-lane access maintenance, winter-condition adherence, and as-built certification. The project will eliminate one handicap space but maintains town parking requirements.
The board also unanimously approved an Approval Not Required application for 59 Littlefield Street, allowing property division without subdivision review after land court registration.
