Avon Park and Recreation Commission reorganizes with new leadership after Chair D Hart stepped down by letter. Commissioners unanimously elected B Chapman as Chair and J Lyons as Vice Chair, and also unanimously approved two major initiatives: a portable-toilet provision for the October 1 Octoberfest event at Demarco Park and cost-sharing with STOYAC for custodian services at AMHS during the 2022-23 basketball season.
