Avon Finance Committee unanimously approves $8,000 library budget transfer at July meeting. Chair Daniel Norian convened the seven-member Finance Committee remotely on July 29, including newly welcomed member Suzette Waters. Town Accountant Erin Barry briefed the committee on a line item transfer from Library Personal Services to Library Books and Publications.
The motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote, with all seven members supporting the reallocation.
