Designer selection committee approves $22,310 fire station alert system

Avon Designer Selection Committee unanimously approves $22,310 fire station alert system. Committee Chair Tracy Self and members voted to purchase the Station Alerting System, with Fire Chief Robert Spurr confirming immediate availability. The committee also unanimously approved $35,026.86 in project invoices from ACG and Saccoccio & Associates.
Three pending change orders totaling approximately $100,000 for apparatus insulation, epoxy flooring, and perimeter fencing were deferred pending additional vendor quotes.
