Conservation Commission approves Ledin Avenue building expansion

Avon Conservation Commission approves Ledin Avenue expansion project. Chairperson Kevin Mooney and the four-member board unanimously backed a Notice of Intent for building work at 20 Ledin Avenue involving a 15-foot wall within the wetland buffer and 740 square feet of disturbance, following peer engineering review. The Commission also unanimously approved septic system upgrades at 470 East Main Street and 205 Pond Street, and issued three Certificates of Compliance for stormwater management work at residential properties.

Vice Chairperson Edward Mekjian abstained on the 139 South Street certificate.
