AVON — Conservation Commission continues 273 East Main Street NOI hearing to April 16. Attorney Jim Burke, representing the applicant, said the site requires multimillion-dollar environmental remediation including a 25-foot buffer zone restoration and contamination cleanup with consultant Jessica at Wilcox Barton. Engineer Rami Sidani raised questions about town well setbacks and Route 28 culvert location; the commission recommended contacting MassDEP for guidance on test pit procedures.

In administrative business, commissioners approved January minutes, authorized $500 and $15.70 in bills, pre-approved training expenses for member Drew Foley, and voted unanimously to move regular meetings to the third Thursday of each month.
