Avon Planning Board unanimously approves Waste Management expansion at 20 Ledin Avenue. The board voted unanimously to approve a site plan and special permit for a 3,600-square-foot industrial building addition on the 2.3-acre parcel, designed for heavy equipment storage with Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon operations. Stormwater management will include proprietary water quality units and subsurface infiltration chambers providing approximately 2,668 cubic feet of groundwater recharge, exceeding the regulatory minimum of 1,326 cubic feet.

Peak discharge rates will remain at or below pre-development levels.
