Avon Housing Authority approves FY21 budget and capital amendment

Avon Housing Authority approves its FY21 budget and $107,873 in capital improvements. Vice Chairman Kevin Edwards led the meeting where the board unanimously approved the operating budget and capital amendment under CFA Workplan Amendment #9. The authority renewed its accounting services contract with Milne, Shaw & Robillard through June 30, 2022, and authorized hazard pay for maintenance mechanic Derek Adams equal to two weeks' salary using pandemic relief funding.
The board also approved an exterior door replacement project.
