Zoning Board continues Windsor Heights hearing to May

Avon Zoning Board grants continuance for Windsor Heights project. Chair Carl Walker and the five-member appeals board unanimously approved a request from Windsor Heights LLC to continue the public hearing for its 253 Page Street proposal to May 5, 2026, with a final hearing closure deadline of August 4, 2026. The board also unanimously approved its 2025 annual report.
The Windsor Heights project, which has undergone multiple design revisions since its initial filing in 2022, is seeking approval for 10 single-family homes with three affordable units.
