Avon Planning Board continues public hearing on proposed Ledin Drive industrial expansion. The Board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing on a proposed 3,800 square foot addition to an existing structure at 11 Ledin Drive until September 1, 2022, following concerns raised by the Board of Health about septic system capacity. The existing system was designed for 950 gallons per day; a Title 5 inspection has been mandated prior to the addition proceeding.
