Avon Planning Board approves prior minutes and hears development updates. Chair Chuck Comeau presided with four members present as the board unanimously approved minutes from four prior meetings held in August, September, and October 2021. Building Inspector Robert Borden reported on development activities including a potential warrant article for self-service gasoline at 273 East Main Street, prospective commercial tenants and purchases at 75 Stockwell Drive and the former Staples building, and planned renovations at 61 Straffello Street involving interior demolition and a roof height increase from 22 to 24 feet that will require sprinkler modifications.
The board adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
