Avon Planning Board unanimously approves 18,000-square-foot commercial expansion at Kiddie Drive. All four board members, Chairman Charles Comeau, Vice Chair Robert Pillarella, and Members Charles Comeau Jr. and Charles Marinelli, voted to approve both the Site Plan Review and the Water Supply Protection District Special Permit for the project, which includes an addition to an existing building with associated parking, utilities, and stormwater improvements. The applicant, represented by Attorney Frank Marinelli, must complete conditions outlined by consulting engineer Jacobs Driscoll Engineering, including establishing an escrow account for Town oversight and obtaining final approvals from the Conservation Commission and Board of Health before construction can commence.
