Committee approves $59,490 in fire station renovation invoices

AVON — The Designer Selection Committee voted unanimously to approve $59,490 in invoices for the fire station renovation project, including $6,290 to ACG and $53,200 to Saccoccio & Associates for project services, plus $3,560.05 to Partners Technology for IT relocation. Bid documents published April 15 have been requested by over 60 contractors, with eight attending a pre-bid site inspection April 22. The $4.67 million project will proceed in two phases, with construction expected to commence within 60 days.
