By-Law Committee sends livestock bylaw to Town Counsel

AVON — By-Law Committee advances livestock bylaw toward counsel review and plans noise ordinance development. The committee approved minutes from its May 21 meeting and authorized Town Administrator Jonathan Beder to forward the proposed Chapter 129 Nondomestic/Livestock bylaw to Town Counsel Joseph Lalli for legal review. Committee Clerk Patricia Bessette will coordinate with the Board of Health on clarifying questions, and Building Inspector Chuck Comeau will provide feedback.

The committee also agreed to develop a separate noise ordinance, with Chair Malik Sabree planning to invite the Town Planner to a future meeting.
