Board continues hearing on 36-unit housing project

AVON — Zoning board continues 36-unit mixed-income housing project at 188 Central Street. A&B Campbell Realty, LLC's Brave Estates proposal, seeking approval under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40B, would include 36 total units with nine designated as affordable across four residential buildings plus four garage structures. The board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing to September 20, 2022.

Representatives Paul Cussen of Delphic Associates and Brian Dunn of MBL Land Development Permitting Corporation presented the project. Additionally, the board voted unanimously to accept two withdrawal requests: Avon West Trust's appeal for food truck special permits at three Stockwell Drive addresses, and petitioner Cynthia Edwards' application for a variance and special permit at 188 Page Street.
