Avon Housing Authority continues Holbrook management agreement

Avon Housing Authority safeguards Holbrook pact with executive leadership condition. The board voted unanimously on September 14 to renew its management agreement with Holbrook Housing Authority, rescinding a January 2021 cancellation notice. The renewed agreement now includes a stipulation allowing Avon to cancel immediately if Executive Director Sherry Guilbault ceases to hold that position at Holbrook.
The Authority also reported 10 current vacancies with CHAMP waiting list pulls completed, and voted unanimously to open its Community Room on September 20 during regular maintenance hours with mandatory masks.
