AVON — The Avon Board of Assessors approved six real estate abatements during an executive session on April 13. Chairman Jonathon Madore, Member Sam Kamel, Clerk Ed DePina, and Assistant Assessor Deborah Ceccarini granted a split settlement in the Merchant Park Associates assessed-value dispute, then unanimously approved individual abatements for properties at 352 West Main St., 27 North Main St., 102 Page St., 10 Teddy Dr., and 2 Katherine's Way. All votes carried unanimously.
