Avon Designer Committee reviews fire station warranty status

AVON — Fire station warranty review advances as Avon Designer Committee meets contractors onsite. Chair Tracy Self convened the meeting with Fire Chief Robert Spurr, contractor BJ Puchalski of P & P General Contractors, and ACG representative Don Velozo to review 10-month punch list items. Velozo reported that ACG will proceed with formal bid packages for landscape, fencing, and insulation work following vendor delays.
Puchalski indicated remaining warranty items are in progress with materials expected soon.
